Yorkie Recovering From Dog Attack Ready to Find Paradise at Compassion with Fashion

When 4-year-old Sadie was found by our Emergency Animal Medical Technicians™, the stray Yorkshire Terrier was matted, covered in ticks and suffering from wounds on her face and ears after being attacked by another dog. Sadie was taken to our Second Chance Animal Trauma Hospital, where our medical team treated her injuries and gave her a makeover, revealing 10 pounds of adorableness beneath her matted fur. Sadie is now in the care of a compassionate foster here home, where she spends her days cuddling on the couch and showing off her kangaroo hop dance moves while her wounds continue to heal. Sadie will be one of more than a dozen adoptable dogs and cats hoping to find a new home and a lifetime of paradise at the 18th Annual Compassion with Fashion: Paws In Paradise luncheon and fashion show Sunday, April 3, 2016 at the Phoenician.
