Safeway Joins AHS for Summer to Save Lives 2014

You can save lives simply by doing your everyday shopping this month. During the month of July, the Arizona Humane Society is partnering with Safeway to give animal lovers the chance to help homeless pets in need. Shoppers can make a donation at checkout at any Arizona Safeway store in support of AHS' Summer to Save Lives. This summer, AHS will rescue, heal, adopt and advocate for thousands of pets through innovative programs with one goal in mind – saving more lives – and we need your help. Your generosity heals broken bones and mends broken hearts. Shop at Safeway and ask your cashier to add any amount onto your bill or place your extra change in the donation bin by the register.
