Life can present many challenges. AHS' Project Assist program can help.

Barbara had to go into the hospital for surgery and had nowhere to take her German Shepherd, Isabella.

Barbara reached out to the Arizona Humane Society for help and learned about our Project Assist program. The goal of AHS' Project Assist program is to provide foster care for the pets of individuals who are hospitalized or in an emergency situation. By providing compassionate care to those in need, we provide an alternative to surrendering the animal and help more owners keep their pets. We would like to give BIG paws up to the Buddecke family for offering to foster Isabella through AHS' Project Assist program and help the owner Barbara in her time of need. Isabella and Barbara will soon be reunited.
