Late Tuesday afternoon, HB2150 passed in its final vote in the Arizona House of Representatives. It now awaits the governor's signature, and AHS, along with members of the Arizona Humane Legislative Coalition,
respectfully wrote Governor Ducey to request he veto the legislation.
As a valued voice for Arizona animals, we again seek your support. The Governor has only five days to take action, and he could decide as early as tomorrow.
Please reach out to Governor Ducey's office by phone at 602-542-4331,
email or
Facebook and
Twitter to ask him to Veto HB2150. We thank you again for steadfast support. We will continue to fight, together, for the welfare of Arizona animals.
